为了注册店匠账号或使用店匠的服务，您应当阅读并遵守店匠《服务条款》（以下简称“本条款”）。本条款中的术语“店匠”和“我们”指代适用的店匠缔约方（如下面第11节所定义）。

店匠用户的隐私政策

店匠是一个商业平台，为商家提供设置网上商店并在网站上销售产品和服务的工具和技术，同时还支持通过Shoplazza POS进行线下销售，实现实体店销售和库存的无缝管理。本《使用协议》（下称“使用协议”）描述了一些您使用店匠服务时被禁止的活动。

以下列出的定义（“使用协议定义”）适用于店匠使用协议（“使用协议”）。店匠保留随时更新和更改店匠使用协议定义的权利。

访问、浏览或使用店匠大学，即表明您已阅读、理解并同意受以下条款的约束，并遵守所有适用的法律和法规。如果您不同意下列任何条款、请停止使用本网站。

The Terms and Conditions described herein constitute a legal agreement (“Agreement” or “Shoplazza Payments Terms”) between you (if your business is a sole proprietorship) or your business (if you are signing up on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity) (the “Merchant”, “you” or “your”) and Xefin Global Inc, organized under the laws of the State of California, with offices at 407 W Duarte Rd, Unit 3, Arcadia, California 91007. Xefin Global Inc and Shoplazza Corp. may be referred to individually or collectively as “Shoplazza”, “we”, “us” or “our”, as this Agreement may require.

The Terms and Conditions described herein constitute a legal agreement (“Agreement” or “Shoplazza Payments Terms”) between you (if your business is a sole proprietorship) or your business (if you are signing up on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity) (the “Merchant”, “you” or “your”) and Shoplazza Hongkong Limited, organized under the the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with offices at Unit 68 Level 24 Lee Garden One 33 Hysan Avenue Causeway Bay Hong Kong (“Shoplazza”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The Terms and Conditions described herein constitute a legal agreement (“Agreement” or “Shoplazza Payments Terms”) between you (if your business is a sole proprietorship) or your business (if you are signing up on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity) (the “Merchant”, “you” or “your”) and Shoplazza Corp., organized under the laws of Canada, with offices at 15 Allstate Pkwy, 6th Floor, Markham, ON Canada (“Shoplazza”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The Terms and Conditions described herein constitute a legal agreement (“Agreement” or “Shoplazza Payments Terms”) between you (if your business is a sole proprietorship) or your business (if you are signing up on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity) (the “Merchant”, “you” or “your”) and Xefin Global Inc, organized under the laws of the State of California, with offices at 407 W Duarte Rd, Unit 3, Arcadia, California 91007 . Xefin Global Inc and Shoplazza Corp. may be referred to individually or collectively as “Shoplazza”, “we”, “us” or “our”, as this Agreement may require.

店匠及其关联公司（合称“我们”）致力于保护及尊重您的隐私。店匠的招聘服务及本隐私政策仅适用于位于中华人民共和国境内（不含香港特别行政、澳门特别行政区、台湾地区）或申请位于中华人民共和国境内的工作岗位，且年满18周岁的申请人（“您”）。

“数据保护法规”是指欧盟第2016/679号法规（“通用数据保护条例”，“GDPR”）或加利福尼亚民法典第1798.100-1798.199节（“加利福尼亚州消费者隐私法”，“CCPA”）或加拿大《个人信息保护和电子文件法》（“PIPEDA”)或《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》（“PIPL”）或《英国通用数据保护条例》（“UK GDPR”）或香港《个人资料（私隐）条例》（“PDPO”），以及根据该法规实施或制定的任何法律和/或法规，或修正或取代其中任何一项的法律和/或法规，以及其他任何适用的法律；

店匠致力于在此关键时期帮助人们获取所需服务，但通过店匠平台销售的任何新冠病毒相关产品都必须符合《服务条款》，包括《使用协议》和本销售规则。违反这些规则可能会导致您的产品从店铺中下架，也可能导致您的帐户暂停或终止。本页面可能会随着Covid-19疫情的发展而变化，请不时查看更新以确保您的产品始终符合要求。

本协议约束您对快捷上线服务的使用，其同样受服务条款、隐私政策以及您与店匠之间其他适用的法律协议的约束。
